Glyn Kerslake

Glyn Kerslake is a British actor who was born in 1967 in Devon. He trained as an actor at Arts Educational Schools, London. Glyn is also an accomplished composer and has written a children's musical called Haunted.
== Career ==
Glyn made his West End debut in the company of Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre in 1988. He then joined Miss Saigon, the original cast, at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in 1989. He later became Alternate Chris.
Following this he played the leading role of Joe Gillis in Sunset Boulevard at the Adelphi Theatre, which he cites as his favourite role.
Glyn was well known for appearing in two West End shows at once. He spent a year in Les Miserables playing the role of Enjolras and at the same time was performing the role of Arnaud du Thil at certain performances of Martin Guerre just down the road at the Prince Edward Theatre.
Glyn became The Phantom in Phantom of the Opera in 1998 for which he received great reviews. The production plays at Her Majesty's Theatre.
In 2010 he took on the famous role of John Wilkes Booth in Assassins at the Union Theatre, London which won the Off-West End Award for Best Production in 2011
Glyn appeared in A Sentimental Journey at Wilton's Music Hall in 2010.
In 2012 he appeared in the Menier Chocolate Factory production of Merrily We Roll Along by Stephen Sondheim which then transferred to the Harold Pinter Theatre in 2013. It was released in cinemas world wide by Digital Theatre.
Autumn 2013 saw Glyn tour with The Three Phantoms which also featured Stephen John Davis and Matthew Camelle.
In November 2013 he began rehearsals for London Calling at Salisbury Playhouse. Previous productions at Salisbury Playhouse include Let's Misbehave, The Game of Love and Chance and With a Song in My Heart.
